And the dancing begins! These guys make their helmets out of the horns of cattle...pretty hardcore.
I saw quite a few of these, but I seemed to be the only person to find it funny.

As most of the crowd didn't speak English, everything he said was translated by the guy on the right. Some people waited all day long without eating to see him, only to have him give a 10 minute speech and then leave.
The guy on the right is known for throwing cash into crowds to try to get people to like him. The people don't even realize it is their own money that is being thrown at them....
